HardcatLite deployment options
On-Premises (On-Prem)
On-prem is the traditional model that most customers still use. In this delivery model, you buy the Hardcat software, and you then install it on your own server and hard drive on computers and desktops. If you require assistance with this option, Hardcat Professional Services is here to help.
Public Cloud (SaaS)
A public cloud Hardcat solution is one that is owned and remotely hosted by Hardcat. You pay a subscription for these services, which is a licensing model called Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). You do not own the software in this scenario, you subscribe to it. In the Cloud environment, applications are typically accessed through browsers or apps on your computers, mobile phones, mobile devices and tablets.

HardcatLite perfect for small business
HardcatLite is packaged like a startup pack for small business asset tracking clients wanting the power of Hardcat but at an entry-level price. The start-up pack consists of all you need to get started to manage up to 3,000 assets. The package includes the asset register software and smartphone app as well as a choice of any two Hardcat modules at no extra cost.
