HARDCAT e-PROCUREMENT
 

Hardcat's e-Procurement module (also referred to as Hardbuy) is a browser-based software application. It is designed to control and streamline requests for purchases made by individuals within the organization, while reducing the day-to-day decision making required by management.

Hardbuy allows users to make purchase requests for all items including Assets, Stock or Services. By implementing Hardbuy, users will have greater control in purchasing, while being able to view the chain of authority required approving the requisition. The complete Authorization flow is handled via email, thus eliminating the need for direct contact between individuals.

Emails keep all individuals informed about the flow of approvals, as well as notify users when their input is required. Hardbuy is fully automated and requires minimal user input but enables maximum efficiency and control.

Hardbuy is one of the four major Hardcat disciplines, the other major disciplines being Asset Management, Help Desk and Preventative Maintenance.

Hardbuy seamlessly integrates with the existing Hardcat infrastructure, requiring little time and effort to install or setup. The system will also streamline the asset management of Hardcat. The result delivers benefits such as complete control of the requisition process from procurement through final disposal. Hardcat provides you with auditable certainty on the source, condition, location, management and value of your assets.

Hardbuy provides a complete audit trail of purchase requests, including quotations received as well as approvals or rejections. Every individual or phase in a transaction can be supported and monitored.
